Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling more than 24 hours before class

If you cancel a class more than 24 hours before its start time, you receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within a few business days.

Cancelling within 24 hours of class

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable, because the spot is held for you and is difficult to fill on short notice.

As a one-time courtesy, the first time you cancel within 24 hours we add a single complimentary class credit to your account, which you can apply to any future class. This courtesy applies once per student.

If a class doesn't reach its minimum

Group classes need a minimum number of students to run. If a class does not reach that minimum, it is automatically cancelled and every paid student is refunded in full. You'll receive an email letting you know.

If Shira cancels a class

If a class is cancelled by the studio for any reason, all paid students are refunded in full and notified by email.

Complimentary class credits

A complimentary credit covers one class at no charge. If you book with a credit and then cancel more than 24 hours ahead, the credit is returned to your account. Cancelling within 24 hours uses up the credit, the same as a paid booking.
